I'd put it in a hot oven, but be careful when you take it out, don't put it on top of anything cold.

Kitchen roll, and a skewer or something similar you can use to both wipe the inside, and fish it out.

If you are cleaning it anyway, carefully rinse with boiling water . It will be dry in a few minutes on it's own.
