can you help answer questions about the oleander plant ?

I have a few questions about the oleander plant . I hope someone can help me . I live outside Athens , Georgia and I have a bright pink oleander I planted last year and the frost got it this year and it is black on the tips do I prune it now in the early spring ? also it has alot of seed pods are they any good after the frost got the plant ? Can you grow new plants from old oleander plant cutting and how do I do it ? Also my plant kind of looks like a tree how can I make it more bushy ? Thanks !!

You could use the bits you have pruned to grow new ones. With sharp secateurs cut across the stem at an angle. Dip into hormone rooting powder, and place into moist (not too moist) soil. From experience (in England), less than half of cuttings actually take.
I grow oleanders outside in the UK, and despite the colder weather, they have all flourished.
If, in future you are worried about frost, you could always wrap the oleander gently in garden fleece.
