Has anyone got one? and if so can you please tell me how the shampooing bit works, I have managed to soak all carpets and not a drop has been sucked up. My main confusion is do I have to switch between showering water, and sucking up in the same operation? I too scared to try it in case it blows up! Easy instructions please and thank you.

Oh well I can ramble on now everyones gone to bed !
I shall be a grass widow come Wednesday as the lawn mower jammer upper is off to Germany .I wonder if I can get him to go round with the vacuum cleaner before he goes .....might be worth a try .....and it's only two days until .... drum roll scrummy

ooh, have we got a new home? can someone post a link? I am busy preparing for my holiday at the end of the week to a sunny, historic, tranquil land... Virginia. Land of mass campus murders. Also being swept by blizzards - there's a state of emergency in West Virginia at the moment. I wonder if I have erred in some way in my choice of destination.

I vote for the poet's corner; I could put up a nice memorial statue of Vinny holding a quill pen and the flagstones on the floor ought to be just right for numatic George
