Quarry tiles

We have discovered that we have red quarry tiles in our porch . They are damaged as a carpet gripper was nailed in ,so any thougths or tips as to try to repair them ??

We discovered black and red quarry tiles where i grew up. Some were damaged or missing near the door and the builder just levelled them out with concrete, scored it to match the edges of the others, and we painted them in. It wasn't too obvious as it was in a dark part of the room, and people don't tend to scrutinise floors!

Other than that I'd guess you'd have to chisel them out and replace them.
