Hi Hodman88
I find the best way to solve this little teaser is to cut a cardboard template first, and when you are satisfied with the result, transfer the outline to the flooring. A jigsaw will cut the laminate well.
Hope this helps - good luck.

If you have enough play in the pipe work it will be alot easier in the long run to slot the flooring under the toilet and sink.
As well as giving a neater finish, there is less chance of water finding its way into the sawn edges of the laminate.
It may be the easiest way by cutting around the toilet, but its a bt DIY ish. Its always better for the toilet to be removed and re-fitted after fitting the floor. thats if you want the job to look professional.
I have yet to see anyone cut a laminate floor neatly around anything. I have seen bodge ups that make your eyes water! unscrew the pan from the floor and slide the laminate under. top class finish. believe me. go with barnet boy 's reply.

alf if you read the question fully hodman has to deal with the pedestal as well what do you suggest for that with all the pipes /waste /wall tiles to allow for and the best/easiest as hodman says
