Has anyone used this oven cleaning company? If so, how much was it, and would you recommend them?

We have not used this company but a similar one called Ovenclean. We moved to Norfolk in December and due to lack of time we called them in to clean the range, which came with the house, before Christmas when the family were due to visit.

There are several companies offering this service (via franchise) and it depends on who you get turning up on the doorstep.

We came across them when we saw their van parked a few doors down from us.

They offer a very eco friendly cleaning service taking all removable components from the oven to hot trays outside where they are immersed in non toxic chemicals.

They did a very good job. The charge for range was �80 and it was done on a Sunday.

Before we moved I frequently used oven clean in the back garden to clean our old oven and although I consider I did a good job these people were better.

Thanks, dilli. That charge sounds very reasonable, as I believe they practically take the oven apart.

My days of getting down on hands and knees and sticking my head in the oven are over. Hurrah!
