Loft conversions?

We are thinking about having a loft conversion and we have a mid 1930's, double bayed, end of terrace house.

Any ideas on costs?
1. Without ensuite
2. With ensuite
Also, can anyone recommend loft conversion specialists in the west midlands

Impossible to give a quote - it depends on too many factors, including whether or not your roof timbers need altering, joists need strengthening and your foundations - are they strong enough for the extra weight?
Dormer windows or velux?

Get at least three quotes - see if anybody in your locality has had such a conversion recently, and if they are willing to recommend.
