Mother's day flowers
5 Answers
It's that time of year again, when the cost of flowers for mother's day doubles. Can anyone suggest a good online flower delivery service that they could recommend? The problem being, that if someone receives a dreadful half dying bunch of flowers, they're reluctant to complain to the person who's sent them because it sounds so ungrateful, so the florists get away with a lot. I remember my husband ordering a bunch of flowers for his mother, it turned out later that they'd run out of flowers and delivered a rubber plant instead. I know that stores like Tesco and M & S offer a service but I don't know how good they are. Thank you. bizzylizzy

Unfortunately, they're one of the most expensive companies. One reason that flowers are "half dying" is if you've chosen an obscure company, which needs to travel a long way with them to deliver them... InterFlora has shops all over.
Alternatively, pop into your local Post Office (all of them should know what you're on about and provide details, even little village ones) and ask about Bunches. They're another good company, which could prove cheaper and just as reliable.
