Beige? Or wallpaper?
Do be careful though that you don't make your room too dark.. You could use a darker colour on one or two walls and a lighter colour (even magnolia!) on the others.

I was thinking of a very light chocolate, almost "latte" but silver seems to be nice as I have beech and silver furniture...
