Container Grown Grapes

Hi, I've a Pinot Noir grapevine growing in a container in my garden. This is the 3rd year of growth, and this year it is starting to bear fruit. I am unsure what I need to do to help the fruit growth. Do I need fertiliser ? If so, what kind?, should I be pruning the stems with no fruit?

I'm a bit lost so any advice would be gratefully received.

Many thanks.
