3.5 million candle power spotlight.........???

I've tried googling but could not find a answer, so, can anybody tell me how far the beam would project or how far you could see the light from on this spot light.

No because it depends on the optics, specifically how focussed the beam is.

For example early light houses were generally in the 10,000 candle power range but had huge lenses focussing the beam
A Heliograph is a device that uses a mirror and reflected sunlight to enable Morse Code signals to be sent to a distant observer. Your spotlight is brighter than sunlight, so should be at least comparable with the Heliograph in terms of distance. Read about the Heliograph and distances here
