Not all that bad

My Friday the 13th is going pretty well.
I won the chilli growing contest at work. Wooohooo!! My plant wasn't even the biggest, but it was by far the most lusciously green and had the most chillies on it (46 at last count). I won a naff certificate and a box of chocolate roses. Oh, and I get to keep the plant of course. :o)
Anything good happened to you today?

The best thing there sounds like the box of chocs.
When you get home , the weather being wet and miserable, you can put your feet up and sit and enjoy them.
I went into town and got caught in the rain so had to change into dry clothes and put the fire on to get warm.
So much for the British summer. :-) xx

Are you pollinating yours, whiffey?
The rules stipulated that we had to keep ours in the office. So I had mine on the window sill and re-potted halfway through with some miracle grow and then watered it all the time. It has stopped blooming now, which means it probably needs trimming and re-potting. I'm dead proud of it though. It's very satisfying isn't it? You know how I love my chillies.
