Help with Knitting

Hi, Can anyone offer any advice to my friend who has MS and adores knitting, unfortunately it is becoming harder for her. We have been told that knitting needle holders might be available, have searched various mobility sites but no luck. Does anbody out there know where such things might be available from please.
