Brabantia bin
7 Answers
I have a Brabantia 50 L bin which has just given up the ghost. Is it worth buying one of these new ones with the sensors in the lid which automatically opens when a hand approaches and closes after so many seconds? Or is there just too much to go wrong with these. I know they have a 5 year guarantee.

If it's positioned correctly it stays shut until you use it.
They are been sold on ebay for 42, well worth getting as they are more hygienic as you never need to touch it, had mine for 3 years now and still working correctly.
