Access over land
2 Answers
There is a grassy slope at the side of my house which I have had access over for many years. Does anyone know what the law is regarding aquired rights of access over land which doesn't belong to you?

The first thing is to enquire about ownership and rights to the land - the Land Registry will help, and see how this affects you, but beware of advising an unaware landowner that you are in fact trespassing, or you could lose your access.
