I have dark wood panels in my bathroom which i want to paint whats the best colour (small bathroom) any technique hints?

if it's a small room, light colours are best. make sure you take off any lacquer that might be on the panels, clean with white spirit, prime, undercoat, then use something like dulux white kitchen/bathroom paint that is more resistant to moisture than emulsion.

If you want to make the room look bigger you could put a mirror/s in the room. Also glass makes the room look bigger.
