I have a Heatrae-Sadia Sceptre plus shower that is a few years old.

The shower hose is about to collapse. I need to buy a new one. I put the shower details into google and all the 'spares' shown are for nuts and bolt type stuff.

Can I just buy a general shower hose? Are all shower hoses the same size and designed to fit all showers?

I would have thought that this would be a simple thing to buy - nah!

Any help appreciated.

Generally all shower hoses have a standard fitting. They just screw on. They do come in different lengths though.
Try your local B&Q they have all kinds of colours and lengths....

Disco - I don't drive and our local B&Q has moved out of town.

Wineoh - I can find hoses on line and if they have standard sizes this makes it easier. I will get one with a long hose so I can was my hair over the sink with it.

Thanks.
