steam press

Has anyone got one of these steam press things that supposedly cut ironing time in half ? Are they fiddley to use ? I am seriously considering buying one, being expensive I appreciate others opinions !!

my aunt has one, it presses half the item at one time.
she swears by it.
think she paid 50-60 quid
