Power & My New Generator - How much is Too much?
2 Answers
Hi there,
I have just recently purchased a generator for a camping/Mountain biking trip - and we plan to have a few things running off it:
Generator Spec:
1050 Watt
240V Generator Cheap
1.0KVa
Equip:
Hallogen Site Lights 2 x 300w
Laptop ??? (Dell - no wattage on power pack)
Amplifier 100w
Is it just as simple as adding up the watts and making sure i dont go above 1050 - or is there more to factor in?
many thanks,
Neil
