Yes,my loft had a sqirrels nest until I bought one, and now they have gone, also it keeps cats away from my garden.

Yes. We have an annual battle to keep mice and voles out of the house, due to low external winter temps. so we have them on all three levels.It is important that, A. they are plugged into wall sockets on the floor and B. that you keep the floor clear as they work on the direct line principle, I would recommend them.

I bought this one last week. Can not say to this point how affective it is. But good thing is that this one is ultrasonic and Electromagnetic. I bought one from ebay for about �23 including postage.

I've had 3 for some years. I keep 1 in the garage, 1 downstairs and 1 upstairs. I live in the country and they work mostly. If there is exceptionally bad weather, particularly very heavy rain they the come in for a short while then leave.
