Defrosting My Freezer .. A Mat?

I have seen Mats advertised that stop my freezer frosting up .. have you got one and does it work .. if so, do you know what make it is ?

I bought one but it only stops the frost building up where the mat is placed so it's not much good for the rest of the freezer.

Lakeland stock these mats. My mum has just got one !!!!!!!
Only seem to work on a flat surface not grilled shelves.
She is impressed however with the defrosting spray they stock.
