Aww, sorry Rayman - so many of those links list 'spares' when they mean accessories - somewhat misleading?
Anyhow, Miele seen a bit shy of allowing others to repair their products, and offer their own services - for a price! There's a description of it, and a phone number for spares on their website here.
probably cheaper to buy a new machine ..
we have a Electrolux upright which is a pet
cleaner ..a bit noisy but had it for 5 years ..
(the cats hate it !!) it cost 75 ..so when
dies i will buy a new one ..sorry but's a
throw away society ..as the labour charge
is more expensive than the product being
fixed ...
