baxi bermuda fire

I have a back boiler, with an ugly baxi bermuda fire, I want to keep the boiler but dont want a fire at all. Is ther anyway i can take the front off the fire off and disguise the boiler?? anything rather than looking at the eyesore of a fire!!

............er...PT.............why do you want to leave the boiler if there's no way of heating it?

i want to keep the back boiler system, just dont like the fire front
you need to contact baxis technical department on this one as my father who worked for british gas for 35 years says you cannot run the back boiler without the fire in front but another gasman who comes on here says you can
