my 1800 typhoon hoover keeps cutting out we av changed the fuses twice and ad a look at the belt and it seems fine, any suggestions or is it a gonner

Are there any filters on it that need changing or replacing ? Overheating usually causes electrical devices to stop working and blocked up filters can cause overheating.. Does the vacuum cleaner feel very hot ?

agree with felin, also check for any blockages.

Open it up and see if any wires have become detached.....that's usually the cause of the motor cutting out.
