Write VHS to DVD?
2 Answers
Hi,
Does anyone know what I'd need to be able to tape something from telly, and convert it to DVD?
I have a telly and video recorder, I'm assuming I'd need a DVD Burner and I'd need something to connect the telly to the PC, correct?
Will appreciate any help. Been flicking through the Argos catalogue, and been looking around the Maplins site for over an hour now. Thanks all!

In the long-run you'd be much better off buying a stand-alone DVD Recorder to replace/compliment your VHS player.
By time you've connected your VHS to your computer, used software to capture the video (in real time) and then burn it to disk, it's an incredible hassle.
Amazon will sell you a DVD recorder for 159.

That's the sort of price that VHS players went for a couple of years ago.
