I would say so.
Seems excessive to me how many quotes have you had ?
Question Author
2 one said 4000 and the other 3000
buildersmate may well know roughly how much it should cost if he is around to advise.

My garden is 109ft in length and 22ft in width, needs levelling, rotavating and then new turf laying, what is the estimate cost for this. Thank you
Really does depend on the preparation. Is it overgrown? Is there rubbish to take away? How much 'levelling' is involved?

Lets say then 1 day to clear and prep. 1 day two men to rotavate and grade. 2 days x 2 men to lay, pun, clear and tidy: TOTAL 7 days Labour at £140.00 per day = £980.00. Turf: 260sq.m @ £2.80 = £728.00. Rotavator = £60.00. Total; £1768.00 plus VAT

thats more like it landscaper, you can do it if you like! its not overgorwn and about 16ft of the garden needs clearing in terms of weed etc, and paving slabs need taking up, there are not many, just a path going all the way up, i could do that myself, is there much i can do myself to save some money?
I'm not going to comment on this one. It's too much of a 'how long is a piece of string' question.
Question Author
go on buildersmate, would like to see what your views are!
Nope.

Question Author
