Best Trainers
15 Answers
As you can tell from my other thread here, I have funny bones .. possibly a sign of age. I have been told to power walk to strengthen my bones, and need to buy some good quality trainers. Can someone recommend a pair please, with some sort of support for my instep. I don't want to wear a clompy pair, I am thinking of canvas for summer and not heavy-looking. Thanks all -- female middle aged smurf here by the way.

If you have tendancies to pronate, etc then they will advise on the best shoes accordingly
My knees thankfully don't grind and click, just sometimes when i start walking the kneecap feels as if it is going out of joint, just for a second, then feels as if it is clicking in again - only hurts for that second. also getting a funny ache in the back of my heel. (what next?) Apparently I need to exercise more and strengthen the bones. I just bought some Fit flops, see my later link, I wonder if they will help ?
NIKE! Ive been a Nike fan for many years and every once in a while get some Adidias or Reeboks but I always come back to Nike's as they're the most comfortable and best looking in my opinion. http://store.nike.com...4294967250+4294967155
