collectors case glass broken

i have a collectors case where i want to display special photos and dried flowers. the front opens on hinges and opens up by using a magnet and ribbon to pull on. i have cracked the front in 2 places and need to replace the glass. ive already asked in a high street framing shop if they can do it to which the girl said no. she could only replace using a snap frame which isnt the same. the box is 10 x 10 inches, the glass less in size. any idea who would replace this for me?
