Instead of cotton hand towels in my kitchen, I would like a paper towel holder/dispenser. Much more hygenic. The only ones I can see online are USA. Anyone seen any here?

I bought mine from Lakeland kitchenware shop. It has a brushed stainless steel finish and is very good quality, I'm very pleased with it.

I have had a look at Lakeland catalogue but cannot see them. What is it called?

There are loads on e-bay.
It's called Perfect Tear Kitchen Roll Holder, Ref. 20716.If you go on their website they have a short demonstration video that will give you an idea of what it looks like.Sorry I can't post a link, I haven't worked out how to do that yet.
Not strictly an answer to your question but I thought this might be of interest being slightly related. Some years ago, I was helping with research into public hand drying sytems and their hygiene factors. To most peoples surprise, the warm air dryer found in many public toilets came bottom of the list with regard to hygiene.
Oh and incidenally, individual paaper towels came top of the list
Macro oe Bookers would do them.

I am sure if you went to your local and asked they could tell you.
