I have just built an extension and with regards to my down stairs toilet/shower room , I have decided to opt for a wet room. The final screed has just been laid i know that i will have cut a grove out to sink the drain and waste pipe, however i would also want to under floor heating.

Can you give me any advice as to which is the best way to go about this.

Many thanks

Anthony

Too late.  Under floor heating is installed prior to the final screed.  The concrete then acts like the bricks in a storage heater.  There are under carpet heaters - a bit like an electric blanket in a bed.  They perform very poorly and are very expensive to run.  So, no good news I'm afraid - if I have understood the question correctly.
