All you need to do is take a tee junction from your rising main and take the pipe(s) around the wall at floor level. Usually you fit this behind units which in turn hide the pipework.
The same can be done with the waste pipe, but it may (for space) be easier to take this out through the wall directly behind the appliance and around the outside wall to the original drain. By the way, as long as the outlet from the appliance is higher than the connection into the drain there shouldn't really be a problem with the water draining away.
