I am fond of this herb. Is there any way I can grow this indoors? Like on a window sill in the winter.

you need warmth yes, but also bright light. do you have a very sunny windowsill?

Yes I have south facing windows, however, in the wintertime the some is very low on the horizon
for a couple of months. (sub-arctic, short winter days). Thanks
