For 4 years or so, i used a 40 inch lcd telly and had no problems with it at all. I recently purchased another TV and gave the big telly to the kids to play their console games on .

but today the television will not work with AV, PC component or HDMI.

Has anyone any idea what the kids haven't done?

(each of them deny doing anything to the telly settings)

ignore this question.
i'm almost an idiot.
lol.
What can they get on then TV, MT.....any picture from Freeview etc?

If they are playing games and had an analogue tv and signal before, you may have to hold in the players console power button for 5 seconds and you should get a signal to change to HDMI so the player can play through the lead.

For the AV, try taking out the leads ( Scart or component ) and fix them in again.....could be loose.
LOL....take it you've sussed it, my man :0)

yeah i have Yogi, but in my defence one of the kids had swapped a dodgy scart lead they had in their own telly for the good one in this telly
They only admitted it after i posted the Q
Pesky kids, MT.........you wont believe what our four get up too......Dad's always there to sort it out......lol
