Topping up a mobile without top up card

Nokia Mobile with T-Mobile network - firstly how to you find how much money is left on the phone (e.g. for Virgin dial 789) and secondly how do you top it up when the top up card has disappeared?

you can top them up at a cashpoint usually

Many (most? all?) cashpoints now allow you to top up your mobile phone directly from your bank account:

For a balance dial 150 and you can buy top up vouchers at most newsagents.

You can also register your debit card with them which enables you to top up online or using your phone. I think when you phone 150 it gives you an option to top up if I remember rightly (it's awhile since I had TMobile, but I know I used to do it regularly)

Topping up at a cash point is great, but if you're not near one then you can get a voucher from many shops and even Post Offices. You then ring up a certain number (it's all on the voucher) to top up the phone. You could also look into getting a new top up card (again, your local Post Office may be able to help).

150 is the number to call. You can set up a credit card to top up with.

as said top up on-line, once the account is active you can view all usage (inc.texts) & costs just by logging in..
