My bt dongle not working even though says connected and full signal bars.who do I ring abiut this as only a top up automated number given in booklet?
prev Google now my default browser, Why??

ok i can now get on but its very slow. bt gave it us free with 1 mb til we can get broadband with them. so, why is it so slow, i need to do my banking online! please help!
