I have a new valiant ecotec 615 combi boiler. We had to turn the water off due to a leak in a pipe which has been repaired. When turning the waterr mains back on the boiler won't fire up because the water pressure is below o.1 bar. Instructions tell us to

Refill the boiler but there is no loop or tap to turn water on anywhere in or near the system. Can anybody help .?

Every Combi boiler has a fill loop - either one that is permanently attached with a couple of valve taps in-line to turnoff the supply from the cold water feed - or (more often) some form of temporary pipe to connect the cold feed to the sealed system. Until you refill the pressure in the system to around 0.5 bar at least, the boiler will not start

Most combis have the two knobs, but occasionally you find one with a valve with a slotted head (for a flat screwdriver). Difficult to tell sometimes which it is.
My sister has a Vailant combi boiler and the "filling loop" was actually a screw underneath the boiler you had to turn using a screwdriver. No flexible pipe with valves on her model.
