I am not sure if this is the right area for this question but will ask it anyway. I need some enamel non-breakable mugs for camping but not sure where to get them. I live in the Shropshire area but could go to Shrewsbury and will be in Birmingham in the next week.

Sorry to ask such a mundane question but as most of you know I am on a very low income (none) and will be needing to get them as cheaply as possible. I know that they can be very expensive and do not wish to be fleeced for them.

Thanks in advance for any kind replies.

Is there a Scout Shop, or a Millets, near where you are?
I bought normal cheap cups from poundland (guess how much?). They didn't break either, but at the cost of them I wouldn't have been too upset if they had.

Yes, there is a Millets outdoor shop in the town of Shrewsbury. Are they quite cheap then, as some of these camping stores are not?
These are pretty cheap if you don't mind buying online.

That is a very helpful answer, Eddie. Can you buy them all and them ship them all to me?

Thanks a lot.
I take it my suggestion blew then?

<harumph, dunno why I bother!>

Sorry Boo. Thanks for your answer, but I said mugs not cups, or did you mean mugs really?

Do not wish to offend anyone. Your answers are very helpful and I appreciate them all. Keep them coming folks.
I agree with BOO, you can get most things in pound shops and well worth having a look, they're definitely cheap!
They do mugs as well, like I said we got ours there. They also do other camping stuff as well, but I wouldn't get anything essential you'll need from there, aint the best quality!
eBay?
Try the rag market in Birmingham. Go to one of the ironmonger's stalls.
( That's St Martin's market if you don't know it.)

aw atalanta, I left Birmingham in the 1980s, I'd forgotten about the rag market.

Ebay? Very good idea, I never thought of that. Would they ever sell them with free Postage and Packing?
