my daughter's neighbour told her he has SAS binos that can see through walls.
Yes I know it sounds ridiculous, but I cant stop worrying that there is such a thing, neither can she.
Common sense says, don't be silly.
But if you saw him .....
Help please.

But not before you tell him you have seen what he gets up to on his computer after you accidentally logged onto his wifi instead of your daughters the other day!

Researchers at the Lincoln lab at MIT in America have created a system to see through walls, but it's based on a micro wave system because light cannot penetrate solid objects. The equipment is big enough to require a truck and all you can see on a screen are moving blobs. If there were binoculars capable of seeing though walls I don't think MIT would be experimenting with micro waves.
If it wasn't my flesh and blood involved, I would see the funny side.
Word pic for you...
fat lazy sod
leccy wheelchair on drive....
screams look, I am harmless, in a wheelchair
then he plays with 6 year old of the lady who gave him key (and has since asked for it back)
sits most of the day on drive, in chair, if weather ok
maybe I am a tad paranoid.

Has this man actually done or said anything that would make you suspicious of him? Surely anyone would know that the "SAS binos that can see through walls" was a joke. It seems he has been convicted, quartered and buried already.
Many wheelchair bound people like to sit in front of their house so they can see things coming and going. If you are really worried you should have contacted the police by now.
