Can anyone tell me how to programme my sky satelite to receive the extra BBC channesl

Hi, assuming that you're Sky digital they should self load, if you're analogue you won't get them.

Have a surf from channel 101 upwards.

If it is digital, you may need a softwre update which is really easy

Switch off the box and unplug it

Then press and keep in the back up button on the sky box whilst you power the box up again.

Wait a few seconds and a message will apear on your screen that says updating software this may take 10 mins

After that, they should be there. I assume you have digital.
