Well, that Ebayer who won the item did not turnup to collect THREE times, so he was a total timewaster. I wouldn't have minded, if he had of been truthful.

I have clicked on the Resolution Centre button. What happens from now as it's said I've opened a case?

All I want to do is leave the buyer negative feedback (without him being able to leave me feedback), and I want to resell the item.

Sellers can't leave negative feedback for buyers. You will have to wait for the buyer to respond to the claim you have made. There is a time limit for him to do this. You will be notified when/if he leaves a comment.
ebay will give them a message and time to pay (5 days I think) then the sale will be cancelled and you can resell the item. But as the sale is cancelled , you can not leave feedback bad or good , you can only leave feedback for completed sales and this will not have been completed. But ebay will give the buyer a non payer strike which will show on their ebay profile.
