its weird weather here too. We went out to look at the sea but there was an accident ahead of us that blocked the road so we had to do a long detour home.

Evening all, the weather here is doing my head in too, hot hot hot, it was 33º in the village this am.

Had a delightful dinner with all the things I made yesterday, lovely not to have to cook.

Nothing on telly tonight (shaney it is The Americans if you can bear to miss two epidsodes), so am watching dvds. Finding Mum had no sound, so am watching D M for murder! Oh the elegance of living in the olden days....

I think I've left it too late to get into it now Neti .It'll be out on DVD at some stage no doubt .I'm watching Wallander later with Rolf Lassgard .
It's a lovely evening here after the rain .

oh that was one of the earliest 3D films, neti. Hitchcock deliberately hardly made use of it at all so it was a shcock when it happened. I think the main scene was when Princess Grace was fumbling around reaching for the scissors.

Have to say jno that bit didn't jump out at me, in fact I missed it all together as I was doing a puzzle. Am bored bored bored, and fed up with having to wear spectacles to read or watch tv. grump grump grump!!!

that's the thing, it jumps out at you in 3D. They rereleased it that way back in the 70s. In 2D it's just normal.

Morning all...well I had arrived early to have a rant about how lousy (pain), exhausted, and thoroughly despondent I am, how being woken by a screaming toddler at 5.20 am was driving me nuts ....I've tried to be charitable and sympathetic but it ran out this morning...and how if it wasn't for the new baby arriving any day I'd throw in the fluffy towel and give up...

...but I won't bother now. I see I'm on a quest to free the Biza1. What the hell happened? I'll don me scruffy mac and sort it out...but first I need to interview the suspect.

Neti - email on't way...in the meantime you can do community service and scrub my scullery floor.

ooooh dear!! What on earth could Neti have done!!

Have sent you all an email, (I think) Hotmail has changed and I didn't know what I was doing. Just found the walking boots and dressing gown very amusing first thing this morning. Not a photo for public viewing. Have my family down this week, but fortunately they are all staying in a holiday cottage over the fields. Out for sunday lunch today - 9 of us. x

There's something odd about neti's suspension...I thought your avatar disappeared when you're suspended, or is it banned? And, like jno, I can't see anything untoward in her profile so unless it was a removed thread I think it could be a techno glitch...or yes, her constant warm weather reports could have slammed the door :)
