Sending Jewellery to Australia

Is it ok to send silver or costume jewellery to Australia? (Just a small gift for my granddaughter).

Hi Neti- Take a rest. I've just had my lunch and I intend to before I do my ironing later when it's cooled down a bit.

Just removed my royal blue shiny toe nail polish and by heavens it's stained the nails! Have put on two coats of shiny orange for a change, looks OK: Medico manaña for xray results on toes.

You should always use a basecoat neti, especially on toe nails. I never do my toenails in a dark or bright colour, I don't want to draw attention to them.

No grockles here, no one wants to visit visit us, it's been like a ghost town on my road :) I dug out an old cotton panelled skirt, ooh the freedom, I should wear them more often. I wish I was young, I'd be living in those skater dresses, they're lovely.

I don't do varnish anymore, I didn't like the feel of it on my nails. I do buff though when i can be bothered. Is anyone else craving sugar in this heat?

Oh yes, oi've got a box of Devon choc fudge and mini shortbreads here and roight yummy they are too moy lovers....ooh arr.
And I'm loving salty crisps too.

Stop it! I have given up choc bars now until the wedding, or have I? really want one now.

I have really nice feet, best part of me, so I like them to look nice, and we are in open sandals all the time now.

I think I will have to sneak off and get a choc bar now :0(

I'm eating Carte d'or vanilla ice cream with natural yoghurt. Loverly. And snap! Neti - this afternoon I removed the varnish off my toe nails and then soaked my feet and re-did them with Boots No.7 Highland Mist (A pinky Red). All I need now is some new sandals to show them off!!

Good ole jude, I knew you would. I need some new sandals too, and I want to get a scarlet nail varnish next. Love painted nails, but do not have any on my hands, too much housework!

My house does jno, we have bags of kitkats and huesito bars in the fridge, so if I eat them all the temptation will be gone

I'm not having trouble sleeping, the bedroom's on the north side of the house. We've had the odd summer where we've opened the windows a bit (we don't like doing this as they're only a few feet off the street) or used a fan, but not this summer - I'm finding it warm at night, not hot.
