I'll have a look at S.W Woofyl later when I've cooled down. (I put 'Cooked down' there by mistake).
I had a lovely walk but very warm. It wasn't so bad though because we walked through lanes where there were lots of shady trees.
We walked for an hour stopped at a coffee shop for a scone and a drink. Our other sister 'She who lives for the day' met us there. Then back to Fuschias to pick up my car. I was as red as a beetroot but it was a lovely day out.
Tomorrow all I have to do is get my 'mop' trimmed. So it will be a little house work followed by relaxing for the day at home.
I used to dye my hair for years. I was all colours including in my teens (about 17) I was bright red. Truly! Then I had dark at the back and blonde, done with peroxide, round the edge at the front. There was a programme on telly, I think it was Rock Hudson and a woman playing detectives, and she had her hair like that. I loved it. Then over the years I developed a liking for auburn which I stayed until I started turning grey. I high-lighted then low-lighted until I just let it go grey and now it's going white and to be honest I'm happy with it like that. No messing and no expense.
Off to Skype now - have a good evening all....x

There goes jude again - rushing in and rushing out, busy, busy, busy! i wish my hair would naturally go white, it is all salt and pepper and looks awful, doesn't suit me at all so I blonde it (don't like to say bleach, sounds so harsh!) Next month hairdresser is colouring me silver grey all over with beige streaks for the wedding in England.
Quiche was rather nice, I put bacon, ham and salami, parsley and garlic in it to make it tastier.
You should try the head to toe sleeping in the heat, as long as your bed doesn't have a footboard, It is so much airier at the bottom end no furniture there, but if there's a wally cat, that is a whole new ballgame!

This is Susan St.James from McMillan and Wife with Rock Hudson who's hair I copied (not Rocks) but my blonde round the front was a bit more 'peroxided' and the back was auburn out of a bottle!!

I had home made gazpacho for tea, blitzed up tomato and cucumber and added tomato paste with herbs and garlic in it and some icecubes. Then I blitzed some canned tuna in oil with extra olive oil to a runny cream and swirled it on the soup and topped it with freshly home made croutons. It was blooming nice.
I have never dyed my mousey hair...well I did make it blonder once with hint of a tint shampoo and it looked weird with my skintone. Now I am going white so I look blonde which is nice.
Just brushed out the dogs and wiped them down with unscented baby wipes. They love it, it makes them all silly.

I brush Mousey all the time but she is so full of fur it's awful, I also put something nice smelling on her brush and brush her fur, she's not bothered wither way, but I like it when she wafts nicely! She took off her collar today, well I think it fell off, so hija and I (it takes two!) had to put it on again, I also had to bathe her red eyes.
