Small letters on email

Just moved to a new house (at last) and have been set up with everything I need by Virgin Media. Everything is fine and I am extrememly pleased with it all, except for one thing. For some reason the emails I am receiving have such small lettering I can hardly see it (I can't see very well anyway, so it makes it worse). Can anyone tell me how to increase the size of the letters? It is just on incoming emails. This, for instance is perfectly all right. Grateful for any replies from all you technical boffins. Keep it simple, I am not very good at technology. Like using it but don't understand how it works.

With absolutly no information about how you receive your emails it a bit hard to guess.

If it's web based email use CTRL and the + and - keys (or CTRL and the mouse wheel) to change the text size.

It's a bit fiddly, but in these circumstances if you can't increase the text size within your mail program then copy and paste to a word processor document then increase the text size.
