I've just steam cleaned my oven racks, door etc. However, the bottom of the oven is thick with charcoal stuff (yuck, I know - I'm not very regular at oven cleaning!).
Does anyone have any suggestions which would remove the stubborn stuff on the bottom? Thanks!
If all else fails and you are still hell bent on cleaning it get a pro in and make sure you line the base with a double layer of tin foil ,that you change regularly.
....and once you've cleaned it, buy a teflon oven liner and you'll never need to do it again. You can get one on Amazon or Lakeland or some supermarkets.
I have one which sits on the floor of the oven. I just wash in the washing up water every so often. Its fab.
Yes, it comes with a bag. You pour in some of the solution and put your wire shelves in it and turn it over every now and again. I leave them overnight and wash in soapy water once the time is up.
to clean the shelves/racks, put some hot water in a bath, just enough to cover the racks, mix some biological washing powder into the water. leave overnight, racks clean.
