I am studying the Knowledge of London (Black Cab) and was wondering if hypnosis could help me. If I was unemployed I would push myself into doing it 100%. As I am employed full time I haven't got the drive to do it, but I could do with extra money. Could hypnosis encourage me to focus more on completing the Knowledge?

hello HappyFace, this is so weird cos my best mate (female) is a cabbie, so is her partner (who she met when her bike broke down outside Battersea Arts Centre in the rain) anyway, sorry to go all round the houses (scuse the pun) BUT I think it would help as it may assist you further with your remembering technique. How far in are you? Are you doing your green or yellow badge? BTW - I admire your intentions. Speak soon! p.s. Do you want to ask them both for any tips?
Subliminal wotsit, you know when you listen to stuff in your sleep and your brain takes it in, might help. Homer Simpson became a veritable lexicographer!

hypnosis can assist in alot of things as you have mentioned, but I did find an article saying that it doesn't really help with memory, here is the article....

Here is another link that may help:

http://www.hypnosis.me.uk/pages2/memory.html

This one is more elementary, explaining hypnotherapy, etc. The page it points to is another little spiel about hypnosis and memory....

I hope that this helps you out!! Best of luck in your studies....
