Webcam From Work

I have a shop webcam for security. Can I watch this from a computer at home?? Please be gentle I`m not very good at this sort of thing! Cheers and thanks in advance.

Only if it's an IP camera by this I mean it's hooked up to your internet system at work. You can buy them at places like Maplins or E buyer some of them even come with an "app" so you can log into your network and view whats happening through your smart phone.
