Hi, please help. Might sound really silly but I've sold several items on ebay, and I have just written down their address and posted the items through my work. But how do I get the money the buyers have paid for the postage? The amount I can see as my selling total is only for the sale price of the items, not the postage. How do I go about getting my postage money? Thank you.

When you list an item you should put in the price of postage and packing, or you may choose free P&P. When the person pays they are paying for the item and whatever you have nominated for postage.
I dont know what you have put because if I ever leave out postage it prompts me to complete the item in the listing before it goes live.

I went with Economy delivery, Royal Mail 2nd class and charged £2.00 or £3.00 per item.
In that case when they paid the amount that should have been there in the link or the invoice.
Paypal take a fee so it will never be the full amount you get through them

Hmmmm, sorry, I think I have worked it out. The money for the item, AND postage, shows in my paypal, but on ebay it only shows the price paid for the item itself. I was worried it would be taking the money for the postage from my paypal, even though I have already paid it through my work! Thanks anyway.
Glad you solve it.
Keep in mind Ebay takes a "final value fee" as well, just as Grasscarp has stated Re: Pay Pal... Usually 10%... depending how it's sold...
