I assume that means that you've got subtitling switched on (and that you'd like to switch it off).

If so, given that we don't know the model number of your set, all I can suggest is:
(a) digging out the instruction manual and looking for the section about subtitles, so that you can see what to do ; or
(b) looking at your remote control to see if there's a button actually labelled 'subtitle' (if so press it) ; or
(c) going through the menu options on your remote control to see if you can find the 'subtitles' one ; or
(d) getting the exact model number from the back of your set and then phoning Argos, who own the Bush brand name, for assistance on their product helpline: 0345 6040105.
