Ive just changed to a Sony Experia E4 mobile and for some reason I cannot connect to my home wi-fi, my laptop and tablet work fine but new phone tells me 'Authentication Problem'. What am I doing wrong or what do I need to do? Thanks for any help.

Can your phone see the home wifi as an available network? If so I'd suggest authentication problems means you've not entered the correct password.

it doesn't ask me for a password :(
A bit of googling finds some people who've reported that turning 'airplane mode' on, and then off again, fixed the problem for them.

Buenchico - On researching it online it seems to be a common problem with Sony phones, I am going to contact them direct and see what they can come up with, otherwise I'll ask for another phone as the Sony Experia is not fit for purpose!

Phoned helpline, they guided me thru process of clicking on wi-fi in my phone, click on 'forget' then click on 'connect', it started straight away!! Thanks for help tho.
